Additionally, every technician is expected to Conduct themselves with professionalism and cordiality but anyone they may encounter on a job site. We will not send an employee to your location unless we can personally guarantee that they are both an expert and professional.
Technicians will always arrive in a marked vehicle, wearing a Burns and Son's uniform, and prepared to present identification.
Employees will present a manifest with the registration number, vin number, and agreed upon services so that your fleet manager can ensure that the correct service are being provided on the correct unit.

Utilizing our uniquely skilled mobile team along with our specialized procedures and strategies, Burns and Sons is capable of offering all the same services that a traditional shop offers without your team losing any employees or extra vehicles.
No other service providers or vendors can offer the vast range of on-site or mobile services that Burns and Sons Fleet Maintenance performs on a regular basis. Our mobile team is capable but not limited to performing Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI), Enhanced Preventative Maintenance Inspections (EPMI), oil changes, and tire rotations, as well as diagnostics and repairs on starting and charging systems, powertrain, fuel and emissions systems, ignition, EVAP, driveline, manual and automatic transmissions, electrical and electronics, steering and suspension, and much more.
